As a native Oklahoman, I feel privileged to enter private practice and serve the people of our great state. I grew up in Ft. Gibson, Jenks, and Edmond, OK. I am a 1993 graduate of Edmond Memorial High School. I played football at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah and earned a BS in Biology. My wife has deep roots in northeastern Oklahoma as well; she is from Inola, OK and attended the University of Tulsa. My wife and I chose to pursue advanced degrees in the medical field which took us to Chicago, IL where I attended William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences. In the summer of 2006, after completion of podiatric medical school I began a dual three year residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. My training continued in 2007 at the Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, where I graduated in 2009. My wife and I have always had aspirations of raising our daughter in Tulsa and we were able to return after residency in 2009.

While attending Scholl I was fortunate to receive a full Indian Health Scholarship which required me to fulfill a payback by serving the Native American population for four years. I have been in practice at the Claremore Indian Hospital for the last four years where I have served as Chief of Podiatry. This assignment has given me the experience to manage a complicated patient base and treat challenging problems including diabetic foot complications, traumatic injuries, reconstruction, and routine podiatric problems.

As my commitment was coming to an end, I reached out to former classmates and colleagues Drs. Justin Albright and Jeremy Mason for an opportunity to become a part of Metro Tulsa Foot and Ankle Specialists. I am proud to become a part of this team and look forward to continue to providing the best podiatric care available to our patients.
